The Landscape Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day management aspects of the company’s landscape construction projects.

Job Duties:
- Work closely with the Designers, Forman, and General Manager.
- Always represent the company’s best interest while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
- Maintain an orderly job sites and equipment trailers.
- Adjust to changes in the plan and scheduling as necessary.
- Be our onsite ambassador to our client.
- Lead and instruct others to produce an excellent and profitable product.
- Teach and train crew members as needed.
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles.
- Track, enter, and report on project actuals from budgets for labor hours, materials, deliveries, and equipment.
- Complete project documentation in an organized and timely manner.
- Forecast equipment, labor, and material needs to ensure efficient production.
- Attend training classes and seminars as requested by managers.
- Enforce and work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations at shop/yard and on jobsites

- Assist in the execution of construction projects by aiding in planning equipment requirements, material deliveries, and the timing of said activities to ensure completion of job(s) within project deadlines
- Manage safety and quality of deliveries at sites and/or shop/yard
- Assist in the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of a project
- Drive a truck daily to pick up and drop off necessary equipment and materials vital to on-site construction operations. This must be done in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the landscape/construction industry
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A passion and pride for the Green Industry and a commitment to providing “only the best” landscaping services.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMVR.
- Must be self-motivated team player and possess strong leadership skills
- Must be able to read and interpret landscape plans.
- Must be professional in appearance and actions.
- Must be detail oriented and quality driven.
- Must be well organized with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task

- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices

Work Conditions:
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat, rain, dust, noise, and cold

Pay: $50,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year depending on experience & productivity
